IRP Renewal

Renewal Assistance: We offer timely reminders and comprehensive support to clients for renewing their IRP registrations annually. Our services include managing the renewal paperwork, updating registration information as required, and ensuring compliance with renewal deadlines to help clients avoid penalties and maintain smooth operations.

If you would like to renew your existing registration, please provide the following documents:

  • A copy of your current registration or the renewal letter you received from the Secretary of State.
  • Safety Carrier DOT# and Safety Carrier TIN#.
  • Total miles traveled in each state for the period from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023 (This can be supported by IFTA reports for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022 and the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2023, or trip reports, statements, or logbooks for the specified period).
  • HWY Use Tax (Form 2290) for all vehicles you are renewing (must be for the period 2023-2024, and the IRS stamp or e-file logo must be clearly visible).

Additionally, please inform us if your address has changed in the last 12 months.
