Adding Additional Vehicles: When clients expand their fleets or acquire new vehicles, we assist them in seamlessly integrating these vehicles into their existing IRP accounts. This service includes completing the necessary registration forms and ensuring that all jurisdictional requirements are met, allowing clients to maintain compliance as they grow their operations.

If you would like to add a truck to your existing IRP account, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • A copy of your current IRP registration (for any truck you have registered)
  •  Proof of ownership (Title, form ST-556, or Bill of Sale from a dealer)
  •  HWY Use Tax (Form 2290)
  • required if the vehicle was purchased more than 60 days ago
  • Unit number of the new truck (a random number you choose)
  • Safety Carrier DOT# and Safety Carrier TIN#
