IRP Registrations expire always on March 31
HWY Use Taxes (Form 2290) are due by August 31!
The reporting period for the HWY Use Taxes is July 1 through June 30.

UCR Registrations expire December 31. Law enforcement begins on January 1 every year.
UCR registration expires on December 31
KY weight distance permits do not need to be renewed. You only need to add the vehicle once in the beginning and delete any vehicles that are not in the company anymore!
KY permits do NOT expire and do NOT need to be renewed.
NY permits expire once every 3 years, they WILL need to be renewed by the end of 2024.
Every truck should have a valid IFTA (fuel taxes) registration and stickers! Stickers should be displayed on the side of the truck! IFTA is valid from January 1 through December 31, but it can be used until February 28 if the account has been renewed by December 31!
IFTA Registrations always expire on December 31.
If you are a hazmat carrier, your general hazmat expires on June 30, 2024, and it must be renewed before that date. If you do not have an active hazmat registration, your company cannot transport any hazardous materials loads!
